Uttarakhand Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Maharashtra) Rules, 2016Central Rules · 2014

(1) Town Vending <Cornmilte_e shall determine registration and licensing charges to be taken 011 anntml basis, that shall be revised annually by TVC.

(2) Considering the category ofvemlms, TVC shall determine street vending fees to be taken on mon(hly basis, that shall be revised periodically by TVC.

(3) The Urban Local Body shall charge ·monthly niaintenance fees for providing civic amenities_ {highlighted in 18 ( 1)}. The fees srmH be fixed by Urban local Bodies.

( 4) Ji'._eceipt for the paid amount will'be issued to s,-reet vendors.
