(l) The Town Vending Committee shall complete digitalised photo survey of all existing vendors in the town and enlist them within one month of the coming into force of Rules.
(2) 111e resm-vey of street venclors shall be ca1Tied out at least onc,dn every five years.

«;, (1) Town Vending Committee shall ensure that all existing street vendors, identified in the survey, m·e accommodated in the identified vending zones.
(2) No street vendor sha.ll be evioted or relocated till the survey specified under section 5.
(1) has been completed and the license of vending is issued to all street vendors.
