Section 7

(1) Application for registrn.tion shall be obtained from street vendors on format "A".

(2) The Town Vending Comm_ittee shall prepare identity cards for all street vendors in each town on the basis of reliable source of identity.

(3) Srreet vendors who are not included under the survey or wish to take up street vending for the first time sh<cll have the right to apply for registration. The concernecl street vendors slw.ll give an affidssit to this effoct thi.t they do not have any other means of livelihood.

(4) The registration shall be renewed ever)'year.
