Section 6: Other particulars which a list of auqaf published may contain

The list of auqaf'published under sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Act shall be as specified in Form 2.

(2) On receipt of the lists under sub-rule (1) from the Government. the reven? authonties shall, after updatingthe record and deciding mutation in the land record, ?? a copy of such · entries to the Board within a periodof six months from the date of receipt.

(3) If no intimation is sent by the revenue authorities to the Board within six months, the entry m the land record in mutation thereof shall be deemed to have been made.
