(1) The grade designation mark shall be securely affixed to or printed on each container in a manner approved by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser of an officer duly authorised by him.
(2) Each container shall be legibly marked either by printing or lithographing with indelible ink, the following information, namely “MADE FROM VEGETABLE OILS ONLY”.
(3) In addition, every container shall be clearly marked with the following particulars, namely :-
(a) name of the authorised packer ;
(b) place of packing ;
(c ) date of packing;
(d) batch number;
(e)net weight.
(4) An authorised packer may after obtaining prior approval of the Agricultural Marketing adviser or an officer duly authorised by him, mark his private trade mark on the containers in a manner approved by the said officer, provided that the private trade marks do not represent quality or grade different from that indicated by the grade designation mark affixed to the container in accordance with these rules.
