In respect of matters such ;is travelling allowance, daily allowance and medicalallowance, an employee of the Council shall be entitled to draw, in respect of official journeys performed by hhn and for the purpose of medical care, the allowance at the rates and the medical facilities as admissible to the officials of the Centra! Government.
