Section 16: Power to Relax

Victoria Memorial Service Regulation 19.11.1988Central Regulations · 1903

Notwithstanding, anything contained in these regulations, the Trustees may relax any of the provisions of these regulations if it is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the interest of the Memorial or in the public interest or in order to relive any employee of the Memorial from any hardship or financial loss arising from the operation of such provision.
