(1) The Commission may, at any stage of any proceeding, visit and inspect, or appoint any person to visit and inspect, after due notice to the parties, any school or other place which it is, in opinion of the Commission, necessary to visit and inspect to adjudicate a school dispute, who shall thereupon, after due notice to the parties, visit and inspect the school or other place, as the case may be.
(2) The person referred to in sub-section (1) shall, consequent upon the visit and inspection, draw a report and submit the same to the Commission in such manner as may be specified.
