The West Bengal Administrative ( Adjudication Of School Disputes ) Commission Act, 2008State Act of West Bengal · Act 34 of 2008

(1) A person may make a petition to the Commission either in person or through his Advocate and may present the case before the Commission either in person or through his Advocate.

(2) The State Government or any other authority may make a petition to the Commission either through any of its officers authorised to act as its presenting officer in that behalf or its Advocate and may present the case before the Commission either through the presenting officer or Advocate.
