The West Bengal Corneal Grafting Act, 1965State Act of West Bengal · Act 19 of 1965

(1) 'The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make such rules as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.

(2) In - particular and without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of this Act such rules may be made in respect of any matter which is required to be or may be prescribed.
