The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954State Act of West Bengal · Act 14 of 1955

(1) The State Government may, by notification in Inoorporathe Official Gazette, establish a Development Corporation for tion.

West Bengal.

(2) The Corporation shall be a body corporate by the name notified under sub-section (1) and having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
