Section 24: Appoin ment of appellate authority

The West Bengal Fire Services ( Fire Prevention And Fire Safety) Rules, 2003State Rules of West Bengal · 1950

The State Government may, by order, appoint an officer, not below the rank of Deputy Seer tary to the Government of West Bengal having judicial or revenue court experience or experience in fire service matters, to e the appellate authority on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the said order.
