Section 26: Notice ¶or hearing appeal

The West Bengal Fire Services ( Fire Prevention And Fire Safety) Rules, 2003State Rules of West Bengal · 1950

(1) The appellate authority shall hear the appeal before disposal of the appeals.

(2) A notic@ in Form K shall be served to the appellant at least 3 days before taking such hearing.

(3) If the ipellant absents himself from such hearing, without showing any reason therefor in writing within 2f 2k hours next to the ti e of hearing, the appellate authority may reject the appeal.
