Section 27: Notice i f entry for inspection

The West Bengal Fire Services ( Fire Prevention And Fire Safety) Rules, 2003State Rules of West Bengal · 1950

(I) The appellate authority or any other officer nominated by him may take entry into the land j r building of any appellant, before disposal of the appeal, for the purpose of ascertaining the adequacy or contravention o fire prevention'and fire safety measures as required to be provided under the Act.

(2) A notic shall be served to the concerned appellant in Form L at least 3 hours before such entry.

(3) If the a pellant refuses such entry, without showing any reason therefor in writing, the appellate authority may reject the appeal.
