(1)An appeal under Section 16 oftheAct from an order specified in column (2) ofthe table below, shall bemade in writing to the State Government within the period specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of that table and shall be accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against and a non-refundable fee as to be notified by the State Government.

(2) The non-refundable fee as prescribed shall be paid in respect of every appeal and a copy of the challans showing payment of fee shall accompany every Appeal.
