Section 75: Grant of duplicate authorization certificates

(1) Whenever the holder of an authorization certificate proves to the satisfaction ofthe Member-Secretary that the authorization certificate granted to him under these Rules has been lost, stolen or destroyed or mutilated without fault on his part, he shall be granted a duplicate authorization certificate on application to theMember-Secretary accompanied by anon-refundable fee for duplicate authorization certificate as notified.

(2) On the issue of a duplicate authorization certificate, the original authorization certificate shall be deemed invalid and if found, shall be returned to the Member-Secretary for cancellation.
