Section 76: Suspension or cancellation of authorization certificate

(1) If any person holding an authorization certificate to work as LiftAttendant is found to bephysically infirm ormentally unsound orguilty ofnegligence or incompetence or drunkenness or misconduct or of breach of any of these Rules, the Committee may after giving the person authorized an opportunity ofbeing heard suspend or cancel such authorized certificate.

(2) Any defacement or unauthorized entry in the authorization certificate shall render the same liable to suspension or cancellation.

(3) The decision ofthe Committee in this matter shall be final.
