83. In sub-section ( I ) of section 348,-

(1) for h e words "if h e Magistrate", Ihe words "if he Judicial Magistrate" shall be substituted;

I 12) in h e proviso, Ior the words "any Magistrate", the words "any Judicial Magistrate" shall be substilu~ed.

84. In section 349,- ( 1 ) in sub-section ( I ) , -

(a) for the words "a Magiskate", h e words "a Judicial Magismte" shall be substiluted, @) Tor h e words "Districl Magiskale or Sub-divisional Magisirare", rhe words "Sub-divisional Judicial Magisuale" shall be subsrituted;

(2) in sub-section (lA), for the words "District Magismale or Sub-divisionat Magistrate", the words "Sub-divisional Judicial Magislrate" shall h substituted.

85. In section 350A, for h e words "Bcnch of Magisware", the words "Bench of Judicial Magislrales" shall be substituted. '

86. In sub-section (1) of secuon 355, for h e words4'Magistrate of Ihe first or second class", the words "Judicial Magistrate of the first or second class" shall be substi~uled.

87. In section 357, after the words "Slate Governmenr may", in he rwo places where Lhcy occur, Ihe words ", in consultation wilh the High Court." shall be inserted.
