I . .

(1) after thc words "the District Magislnte", the words "and [he Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrare" shall be inserfed;

(2) he following proviso shall be added, namely:- "Provided that ia a case tried by [he City Sessions Court cslablished For the presidency town of Calculra, thc Court shall forward sucficopy ro thechief Presidency Magistrate.".

89. I n section 380, for h e words "Magisrate OF [he first class or a Sub-divisional Magistrale", the words "Judicial Magistrate of the first cIass or a Sub-divisional Judicial Magislrale" shall be substituted.

90. In section 387, for he words "Dislticl Magiskate". [he words "Sub-divisional Judicial Magistraie" shall be substiluted.

91. Inseclion406A,- ( I ) in clause (b), for [he words "the Disuict Magislrale". the words "any other Magistraie" shall he substituted;

(2) clause (c) shall be omitted.

92. In section 408,-

(1) for [he words "a Djsuict Magiskaleor any other Magislrale", h e words "or a Judicial Magisrate" shall be substiruted;

(2) in [he proviso, for the words "aMagismre", in Ihc two places where they occur, the words "a Judicial Magistralc" shall be substitured.

93. In the proviso tosub-section ( 1 ) of sec~ion 409, for [he words "any Magiswale", h e words "any Judicial Magisuale" shall be subslituted.

94. Tn section 412, for the words "Magismre of the firsr class", the words "Judicial Magismre of the first class" shall be substimted.

95. I n section 413, for the words "District Magistrate or olher Magistrate", the words "a Judicial Magistrare" shall be substilutcd.
