The Council shall maintain an account of expenditure done in different heads in the form ofreceipts and payment, and shall maintaiii a balance sheet which will be duly placed in the annual meeting of the Council ler confirmation and the same will he forwarded to the Department of Technical education, Training and Skill Development for their approval:
Provided that in case of any expenditure arising out of any exigencies has been same will be forwarded to the State Go 3 erilltient nix approval.
(2) The Council shall maintain the books of accounts and the registers in the form specified in Appendix-11.
