Section 33

The West Bengal State Council Of Technical And Vocational Education And Skill Development Act, 2013State Act of West Bengal · Act 26 of 2013

(1) The State Government shall have the power to make rules under the Act for furtherance of the aims and objectives as enunciated in the Act and as stipulated in the Act.

(2) Every rule made under this Act shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
