person shall be taken or shall submit himself, as the case may be, to a vaccinator or a vaccinating centre for the purpose of re-vaccination in the prescribed manner.
(2) Every child or person shall be taken or shall submit himself, as the case may be, to a vaccinator or a vaccinating centre to be revaccinated at intervals of ten years following re-vaccination under subsection (1) and the provisions of sections 6 and 7 shall thereupon apply.
