Section 19

The West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960State Act of West Bengal · Act 22 of 1960

(1) The Registrar shall maintain the register in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed and shall make from time to time such entries, corrections, alterations or modifications in the entries therein as may be necessary or as may be directed by the Council.

(2) To enable the Registrar to fulfil the duties imposed upon him by sub-section (1), he may call for any information he may require from any registered veterinary practitioner.
