Section 3: Application for trade of specimens

Wild Life (Protection) International Trade of Specimens Rules, 2023Central Rules · 1972

(1) Every person engaging in trade of any specimen of species shall make an application electronically to the Management Authority in Form-I for permit or certificate for trade.

(2) Every application made under sub-rule (1) shall be accompanied with a fees of one thousand rupees paid through electronic mode to the Management Authority.
