The Young India Skills University, Telangana (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2024State Act of Telangana · Act 13 of 2024

(1) In making Ordinances, the Executive Council shall Ordinances consult the Controller of Examinations and the Academic Council when such Ordinances affect the appointment and duties of examiners or the conditions of residence of students.

(2) All Ordinances made by the Executive Council shall take effect from such date as may direct, but every Ordinance so made shall be submitted as soon as may be, after it is made, to the Board of Governors.
