Section 14: After rule 75, the following shall be inserted, namely

"75A. Star rating of Quarry Lease.- The Government shall award the 5 star, 4 star and 3 star rating to the quarry leases after assessing them based on the criteria specified for star rating."

15. In Schedule-V, for the words "Part-A and Part-C of Schedule-I.", the words "Schedule-I" shall be substituted.

16. Schedule-VI shall be omitted.
