Section 35: Appeal

(1) An appeal in the case-of Group A; Band C etliployies shall lie to the Board and that of Group D employees shall be to the ‘Chairperson.

(2) An employee may appeal to the Appellate Authority from an i vw any subordinate :

authority i imposing any of the penalties mentioned in Regulation 28.

(3) An appeal shall also lie against— s z (a) an order reverting an employee to a lower ayey or post, officiating in a higher class or post otherwise than as a penalty; and

(b) an order determining the pay and allowances for the period of suspension to be paid to an employee on his reinstatement or determining whether or not such Pevioa shall be treated as a period spent on duty for any purpose.
