Section 86: Numbering of wianesses

The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2007Central Rules · 2003

The witnesses called by the applicant or petitioner shall be numbered consecutivcly as PWs and those by the rcspondents as RWs.

8?. Grant of discharge cerlificate.- Witness disclarged by the Tribunal may be granted a cenificate in Form No. Xl by the Registrar.
