Section 12: Constitution of the Executive Committee

बिहार सड़क सुरक्षा परिषद् नियमावली,2018.State Rules of Bihar · 1988

The Executive Committee shall comprise of the following members, namely:

(1) Development Commissioner, Bihar- Chief Executive Officer;

(2) Principal Secretary, Home--Member

(3) Principal Secretary/Secretary Health—Member;

(4) Principal Secretary/Secretary Education—Member;

(5) Principal Secretary/Secretary Transport Department-Member;

(6) Principal Secretary/Secretary, RCD— Member;

(7) Principal Secretary/Secretary, RWD– Member;

(8) Principal Secretary/Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department— Member;

(9) Principal Secretary/Secretary, Disaster Management Department, Bihar, Patna—Member;

(10) Additional Director General/Inspector General (CID) of Police—Member;

(11) State Transport Commissioner—Member Secretary;

(12) Officer-in-charge of the Lead Agency–-Member;

Principal Secretary/Secretary of any other department may be called by the Chief Executive Officer as and when required for the furtherance of matter related to Road Safety;

The Chief Executive Officer may call any Member of Stakeholder Agencies as he deems necessary;
