Section 14: Meetings of the Executive Committee

(1) The Executive Committee shall meet at such time and place as may be decided by the Chief Executive Officer and shall observe common rules of procedure in relation to transaction of business at the meetings;

(2) Every meeting of the Executive Committee shall be presided over by the Chief Executive Officer of the Executive Committee;

(3) All the members of the Executive Committee shall attend the meeting of the Executive Committee;

(4) The Executive Committee shall meet at least once in two months.

(5)(i) The notice inviting members of the Executive Committee for a meeting shall include date, time and place of the meeting fixed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Executive Committee and will be issued by Member Secretary as defined in sub rule (m) of Rule 2 (1) above.

(ii) A notice of the meeting of the Executive Committee shall be communicated to the members at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the meeting by the Member Secretary.

(iii) The quorum of every meeting of the Executive Committee will be one third of the total number of the members.
