Section 3: Constitution of Service

Bihar Food Safety Service Rules, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) The Bihar Food Safety Service shall be a state level service. In this service, there will be two cadres, namely -

(a) Food Safety Cadre, and

(b) Food Analyst Cadre.

(2) In this service, the number of categorywise posts in each cadre shall be as many as are sanctioned by the government, from time to time.
