Section 7: उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ के Ǔनयम 97 मɅ, - (क) उपǓनयम (7) के पæचात, 1 जुलाई, 2017 से Ĥभावी, Ǔनàनͧलͨखत उपǓनयम अÛतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त

“(7क) सͧमǓत माल और सेवा कर पर Ĥचार या उपभोÈता जागǾकता के ͧलये, Ĥ×येक वष[ कȧ Ǔनͬध मɅ Ĥ×यय कȧ गई रकम का 50% आयÈु त को उपलÞध कराएगी, बशतȶ उपभोÈता मामला ͪवभाग कȧ उपभोÈता कãयाण ͩĐयाकलापɉ के ͧलए Ǔनͬधयɉ कȧ उपलÞधता ĤǓत वष[ पÍचीस करोड़ ǽपये स ेकम नहȣं है।”;

(ख) उपǓनयम (8) मɅ, 1 जुलाई, 2017 से Ĥभावी, खंड (ङ) का लोप ͩकया जाएगा।

8. उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ के Ǔनयम 117 मɅ, - (क) उपǓनयम (1क) मɅ, “31 माच[, 2019” अकंɉ, अ¢रɉ और शÞदɉ के èथान पर “31 Ǒदसàबर, 2019” अकं, अ¢र और शÞद रख ेजाएँगे। (ख) उपǓनयम (4) मɅ, खंड (ख) के उपखंड (iii) के परंतकु मɅ “30 अĤलै, 2019” अकंɉ, अ¢रɉ और शÞदɉ के èथान पर “31 जनवरȣ, 2020” अकं, अ¢र और शÞद रखे जाएँगे।
