“(i) Ǔनयम 83 के उपǓनयम(1) के खंड (ख) मɅ ǓनǑद[çट Ĥ×येक åयिÈत और जो उÈत Ǔनयम के उपǓनयम (2) के अधीन माल और सेवा कर åयवसायी के Ǿप मɅ नामांͩ कत है, उÈत Ǔनयम के उपǓनयम (3) के दसूरे परंतकु मɅ यथा ͪवǓनǑद[çट अवͬध के भीतर परȣ¢ा पास करने के ͧलए अपेͯ ¢त है।”।

6. उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ के Ǔनयम 91 मɅ, - 3 ǐबहार गजट (असाधारण), 14 अÈ तूबर 2019 (क) उपǓनयम (3) मɅ, 24 ͧसतàबर, 2019 से Ĥभावी, “सदंाय आदेश जारȣ करेगा और” शÞदɉ के पæचात “एक समेͩकत सदंाय सचूना के आधार पर” शÞदɉ को अÛतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा;

(ख) उपǓनयम (3) के पæचात,24 ͧसतàबर,2019 से Ĥभावी, Ǔनàनͧलͨखत उपǓनयम अÛतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त: - “(4) कɅ ġȣय सरकार उपǓनयम (3) के अधीन जारȣ समेͩकत सदंाय सचूना पर आधाǐरत ĤǓतदाय संͪ वतǐरत करेगी।”।
