Section 11: Cognizance of offence

The Bihar Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays and Casual Leave) Act, 1976State Act of Bihar · Act 17 of 1977

(1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act or the rules made thereunder save and except on a complaint made in writing by the aggrieved person or the Inspector.

(2) No court inferior to that of a magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
