{1) The Bureau shall prepare its Annual Report each year giving a full account of itg activities undertaken during the relevant year. The annual report shall include init details of activities likely to be tndertaken by the Bureau during the next financial year, Annual Statement of Accounts duly certified by the Comptroller nd Aud:tor General of India Audit Report, action taken report thercon, Report of the Director General and such other documents as may be prescrined by the Central Government in this regard 2) The Antnwat Repent shall he prepared in the format specified in Form ‘A’ contained tn the Schedule 3
