Section 22: Nomination of candidate for election and ap­ pointrOent of election agent

( l) A candidate for clectjon shall be nominated by a nomination paper in Fonn VI.

(5) Where more nomination papers than one are presented by the ·candidate or on his behalf by his election agent or his proposer, the declaration as to symbols made in the nomination paper first delivered and no other.d0claration as to symbols, shall be taken into consideration hy the Returning Officer even if that nomi­ natiOn paper has been rejected under the provisions of these rules.
