Section 15: Preparation of schemes by the Trustee Committee

(1) The Trustee Committee in consultat ion with the Bar Counci l of Madhya Pradesh may prepare scheme for,- ( i ) the group insurance of the advocates;

( i i ) granting gratuity and/or ret irement benefi ts to the advocates enrol led as part icipat ing members of such schemes;

( i i i ) the f inancial aid to the junior advocates by way of st ipend on nominal interest repayable in easy instalments or for giving guarantee for faci l i tat ing advance of such loan to the junior advocates by a f inancing inst i tut ion;

( iv) medical insurance of the advocates;

(v) faci l i tat ing house bui lding loans to the advocates; and

(vi) such other welfare or benefi ts to the advocates as i t deems f i t .

(2) The scheme shal l be submitted to the State Government which shal l publ ish i t and thereafter shal l lay i t on the table of the Legislat ive Assembly for ten days.

(3) On such publ icat ion, the provisions of the scheme shal l form part of this Act.
