Section 27: Note of transferred and dismantled boil ers

The Chhattisgarh Pradesh Boilers Rules, 1969.State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1923

Whenever a boiler has been transferred to another State or broken up, the fact shall be noted in the register.

In the case of a boiler that has been permanently dismantled, the registration book and the memorandum of inspection book shall be destroyed.
