The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006State Act of Nagaland · Act 3 of 2006

(1) All teaching in the University shall be done by teachers appointed by the University in accordance withthe regulatiom.

(2) The syllabus, cumculum, the manner of organization of teaching and other connected matters inrespect ofeach course or programme of study in the University shall be as prescribed in the regulations.

Chapter IV Officers of University Officers of University

14. The following shall be the oflicers ofthe University:

(1) Thechancellor

(2) The Pro Chancellor

(3) The Xce Chancellor

(4) TheRegistrx

(5) The Directors

(6) TheDeans

(7) The Finance Officer

(8) Suchother persons who may be declared by regulation as Officers of the University.

Chancellor 15 Tne Governor ofNagaland shall be the Chancellor of the University.
