(1) The following shall be the members ofthe executive Council:
(i) The Pro Chancellor shall be the ex officio Chairman,
(ii) The Vice Chancellor shall be the ex-officio Vice Chairman, i i The Director in-charge of the operations inNagaland shall be an ex officio member;
(iv) The Finance Officer shall be an ex officio member;
(v) One nominee of the Government of Nagaland, who shall be a member of the Governing Council, to he named by the Government of Nagaland;
(vi) One nominee ofthe Trust who shall be amember ofthe Governing Council, to be named by the Trust;
(vii) One nominee of the Pro Chancellorwho shall a member of the Goveming Council, to be named by the Pro Chancellor; and (Gi The Registrar shall be the ex oficio Secretary.
(2) The termofthe Executive Council shall run simultaneously with the Governing Council.
(3) Amember ofthe Executive Council when ceases to be amember of the Governing Council, shall cease to be a member of the executive Council.
(4) The nominating authorities shall have aright to replace their nominees to the Council at any point of time.
( 5 ) Casual vacancies arising in the Council before its reconstitution shall be filled for the unexpired term.
