(1) For the purpose of claiming compensation under sub-section (1) of section 3, the interest person shall make an application to the Collector in Form I hereto so as to bring to his notice he error in the notification, declaration, award, notice or order referee under the said sub-section (1) of section 3.
(2) The Collector after receipt of application under sub-rue (1), or suo motu make enquiry therein as he deems fit and submit a detailed report theron to the Government, including in respect of the payment of compensation to the interested person, as per the factors already determined in award, within a period of thirty working days from the date of receipt of such application.
(3) After receipt of the report of the Collector, the Government may give its decision/approval within a period of thirty working days from the date of its receipt, which decision/approval shall be intimated by the Collector to the interest person within fifteen days of its receipt.
