Section 4: Submission of proposal to the Authority

The Goa Compensation to the Project Affected Persons and Vesting of Land in the Government Rules, 2018.State Rules of Goa · 2017

(1) In case the interested person is aggrieved by the decision of the Government communicated to him under rule 3, he shall make a representation against such decision to the Collector within a period of thirty days from the date of its receipt under rule 3.

(2) The representation received under sub-rule (1) shall be forwarded by the Collector to the Authority within a period of fifteen days from the date of its receipt.

(3) The Authority shall after affording opportunity of being heard in the matter to the interested person and the Collector decides such representation within a period of thirty working days from the date of its receipt.
