Each inspector of Way and Works shall see to the security of all rails, sleepers, traction installation equipment, insulators, and other connected material in his charge, 276 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] and ensure that such of the said articles as are not actually in use are properly stacked clear of the line so as not to interfere with the safe running of trains.
