(1) अनुhिG अपेFा� के िलए अिधिनयम क� धारा 41 के अधीन छूट -ाG �कसी eि0 ,ारा अपने -ितधारक को कोई eि0 नामिनXदY -दान करने को -_प 3क म< आयुध या गोला बा_द को क�जे म< रखने या वहन करने के िलए -दान होगी :

परंतु इस -कार छूट -ाG eि0 के -ितधारक को अनुhिG के अंतग@त आने वाले आयुध और गोला बा_द के उपयोग का कोई अिधकार या PवतंHता नहS होगी और उस �दन िजसको यह -वृ. 4आ ह,ै अनुhिG िवरत हो जाएगी िजसको इस -कार छूट -ाG eि0 को छूट द ेदतेा ह ैया छूट -ाG के नामिनदjिशती को -ितधारक िवरत हो जाएगा ।

(2) अनुhापन -ािधकारी उपधारा (2) के अधीन नामिनXदY -ितधारक के पूव@वृ. के बारे म< पुिलस से "रपोट@ -ाG करेगा और -_प 3क म< अनुद. �कसी अनुhिG के -ितधारक के _प म< उसे Pवीकार करने से पहले ऐसी "रपोट@ को िवचार म< लेगा ।
