The performance of each expert engaged under these regulations, with reference to the tasks assigned and output delivered, shall be reviewed periodically, within such time and manner as may be specified, by general or special order, by the Chief Executive Officer or such officer as may be authorized by the Chief Executive Officer at the time of appointment of the expert.
