Haryana Road Safety Fund Rules, 2018State Rules of Haryana · 1988

(1) The Head of the Department concerned shall be responsible for successful execution of the schemes approved by the committee. They shall regularly monitor the construction, maintenance and repair of assets/equipments financed from the scheme within the area of their respective jurisdiction.They shall supervise, monitor and review the physical and financial progress of the schemes on a monthly basis and send progress report to the Member Secretary. The senior most district level officer of the respective department shall be responsible for issuing completion certificate of the scheme within his jurisdiction;

(2) In case purchase of any item is to be undertaken, the Head of the Department concerned shall ensure that the relevant rules and Government instructions related to purchase as issued from time to time are complied with.
