Section 15: Particulars of the Forum to widely published

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2013State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

The name, location, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers of the Forum, shall be widely published through newspapers and displayed on the website and all the offices of the licensee and the Commission, and shall be intimated to the consumers through electricity bills. These particulars shall also be publicized through electronic media.
