While granting long-term open access, the nodal agency shall communicate to the applicant the date from which long-term open access shall be granted and an estimate of the transmission /wheeling charges likely to be payable based on the prevailing costs, prices and methodology of sharing of transmission/ wheeling charges specified by the Commission.
