Section 19: System studies by the nodal agency

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term Intra-State Open Access and Relate…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

On receipt of the application, the nodal agency shall, in consultation and through co-ordination with other agencies involved in intra-State transmission/distribution system to be used, process the application and carry out the necessary system studies as expeditiously as possible so as to ensure that the decision to grant or refuse medium-term open access is made within the timeframe specified in regulation 7:

Provided that in case the nodal agency faces any difficulty in the process of consultation or coordination, it may approach the Commission for appropriate directions.
