Section 31: Transmission Tariff/Charges

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2011State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) The transmission charges payable by the transmission customers of the transmission system shall be designed to recover the aggregate revenue requirement computed as annual transmission charges by the Commission for each year of the control period:

2 [Provided that the Commission during the control period, through separate notification in the Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh, may, after conducting a detailed study change the existing transmission pricing framework in accordance with that adopted by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission.]

(2) In addition to transmission charges, charges for reactive energy, as may be determined by the Commission in the MYT order, shall also be payable by all the transmission customers of the system.
